Found a box of fresh blueberries at an organic food market and used them to make this blueberry crumb cake. |

One of the most simple Thai dishes. The basil chicken is typically made separately and served over a plate of jasmine rice. I twisted it a little bit and made fried rice instead. Thai people almost always eat fried rice with cucumber slices and cilantro. A little sprinkle of lime juice and white pepper can't hurt either. |

Half brownie, half cookies. A treat for your sweet tooth.

I don't know how to make the rolls perfectly round yet, but noticed that
if you use really good ingredients (good imitation crab meat, perfectly ripen avocado, ect.), this dish is easily made delicious.

Indian/Pakistani dessert. Sweetest thing I've ever tasted probably. Was a big hit when I made it :) Fun fact: Did you know that Gulab in Thai also means rose? Just like in Hindi and Urdu.

Best oatmeal cookies I've ever had, especially if eaten a little bit after they came out of the oven.

Yes... I want a bite.

My brother's recipe. This recipe deserves a "Yum-O!" as in Rachel Ray's. It's very moist and has just the perfect amount of sweetness. I made two trays and they were gone in a blink. Got a lot of compliments on this one.

My brother's recipe again. It's pretty good in my opinion. Not a perfect Pad Thai yet. My brother only told me over the phone that it's supposed to taste like this and that. He didn't tell me exact amounts of the ingredients. All I learned was that the Pad Thai sauce must have the same level of saltiness, sourness, and sweetness. I gotta try to make the sauce just right again.

My brother's recipe once more. This time I twisted it a little by marinating and deep-frying the shrimps to make it crispy.

Yes, I know this one is not perfectly round. However, the taste still was pretty good. It's an easy dish to make in that sense. Not much difference from what you'd find at a typical Vietnamese place. I think a lot has to do with the freshness of your vegetables and the dipping sauce.
